Pontoon Boats (or Patio Boats) come in a wide range of sizes -- from lightweight single-person paddlers, to large "party pontoons." These vessels have hulls with round tubes attached to a large flat deck, which is surrounded by a safety railing . 

They can be simple and rustic (using lawn furniture for seating), or quite luxurious with built-in upholstered seating, barbecues and even toilets. They're an excellent choice for vacationing in calm spots, but are not the best in high-wind or wave areas . You can enjoy fishing, skiing, wake boarding, swimming or a peaceful trip along a river or lake. Rentals are available for half-day, full-day or longer, and can usually accommodate from 4 - 8 people. 

Runabouts and Ski Boats are very popular in California -- for water skiing, wake boarding and general outdoor fun!  They are available at almost all locations, can carry up to 8 people (depending on the size) and usually rent for a half-day minimum.

Fishing Boats are also popular items for vacationers and are available at almost all locations. They may come with or without outboard motors, and usually rent by the day or half-day. 

The main types of Personal Watercraft are Kawasaki Jet Skis, Yamaha WaveRunners and Sea-Doos. They are all usually available by the hour, half-day or full-day.
